1.  The Office Scavenger Hunt (Season 7, Episode 16)

If you're as into the Office as we are, then you will definitely remember the time when Gabe sends Erin on a scavenger hunt for Valentine's Day. Her adventure requires her to complete puzzles and solve clues scattered around Dunder Mifflin to earn her final prize. Our favorite clue is the heart cookie with a special message on the back that she finds inside the vending machine in the break room!  

2.  Parks & Recreation Scavenger Hunt (Season 4, Episode 14)

Another epic Valentine's Day scavenger hunt from a hilarious sitcom! Leslie sends Ben on a romantic scavenger hunt filled with intricate puzzles scattered all over Pawnee. It proves to be pretty difficult, so Andy and Ron (who is particularly eager about solving the riddles despite trying to hide his excitement) help Ben out. Our favorite part of this hunt is the tiny clue that Ron finds on his shoe. 

3.  P.S. I Love You Scavenger Hunt

This scavenger hunt is different from the others as it's Holly's late husband who sends her on an adventure by leaving behind a series of messages that she finds after his death. These messages are revealed in surprising ways, such as through a cake, tape recording, and letters. This adventure is more about self-discovery and new beginnings than romance with your current partner, but the sentiment is unbelievably sweet (warning: this movie is a tear jerker!). 

4.  Dash & Lily Scavenger Hunt (Season 1)

Dash and Lily is a unique example on the list because the entire first season centers around a scavenger hunt style adventure throughout New York City. Two teen strangers, Dash and Lily, exchange a series of messages and dares in a red notebook and their adventures push them to learn more about one another and discover new things about themselves along the way. This Christmas romantic comedy is heart-warming indeed! 

  

5.  Girlfriends Scavenger Hunt (Season 3, Episode 15)

Do you remember this sitcom from the early 2000s? In this episode, Joan's boyfriend Ellis sends her on a surprise romantic scavenger hunt for Valentine's Day with a series of clues that lead her to presents like flowers, a personalized CD, and a bracelet. The final clue leads her to a romantic restaurant where she is supposed to meet him for the grand finale.
